BLACK BOX WARNING:
Suicidal Thoughts and Behaviors & Neuropsychiatric Reactions:     
    -Increased risk of suicidal thoughts and behaviors in young adults, children, and adolescents.
    -Watch for emerging or worsening suicidal thoughts or behaviors.
    -Serious neuropsychiatric events have occurred in patients taking Bupropion medications.
    -This medication combination has not been studied in pediatric patients.

Warnings:
    -Suicidal ideation and behavior: Watch for suicidal thoughts or depression. Stop this medication if symptoms       develop.
    -Reduce the risk of seizures by taking medication as prescribed and not taking along with a high-fat meal.
    -Increased heart rate and blood pressure: Monitor heart rate and blood pressure closely, especially in patients with       cerebrovascular or heart diseases.
    -Liver toxicity: Significant liver dysfunction or hepatitis has occurred with Naltrexone medications.
    -Glaucoma: Angle-closure glaucoma has happened in patients with untreated narrow eye angles who take      -             antidepressants like Bupropion.
    -Using antidiabetic medications: Weight loss with this medication may lead to hypoglycemia. Keep a close eye on        blood glucose levels.

Before taking this medication:
You should not use Zero Crave Rx if you are allergic to the medications in it, or:
    -You have uncontrolled high blood pressure.You have a seizure disorder.
    -You have an eating disorder including anorexia or bulimia.
    -You are undergoing a slowing or discontinuation of alcohol, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, or anti-seizure       medications.
    -You use other medications that contain Bupropion or Naltrexone.
    -You are a chronic opioid user.
    -You are currently taking a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) medication, or have used an MAOI within the       previous 14 days.
    -You are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding.
    -This medication should not be used in children.

Let your doctor know if you have ever had:
    -Depression or suicidal thoughts
    -Bipolar disorder or other psychiatric disorders
    -Uncontrolled high blood pressure
    -Eating disordersSeizures
    -Opioid addiction or chronic use
    -Heart conditionsIncreased heart rate
    -GlaucomaKidney diseaseLiver disease
    -Alcohol or drug abuse

Zero Crave should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Avoid using Zero Crave if you are trying to conceive.

Zero Crave should not be used by anyone under 18 years of age.

Drug Interactions:
    -MAOI antidepressants
    -SSRI antidepressants
    -Many Tricyclic antidepressants
    -Antipsychotic medications (including haloperidol, risperidone, thioridazine)
    -Beta-blockers (including metoprolol)
    -Type 1C antiarrhythmics (flecainide, propafenone)
    -Clopidogrel, ticlopidine
    -Ritonavir, lopinavir, efavirenz, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin
    -Drugs that can lower the seizure threshold
    -Dopaminergic drugs (levodopa, amantadine)
    -Drug laboratory tests (may cause a false positive for amphetamines)

Side Effects:
Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction to Zero Crave Rx:
    -Hives, itching, dizziness, fast heartbeat, difficulty breathing, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

More serious side effects of Zero Crave Rx include:
(Call your doctor at once or get emergency medical care if these occur)
    -Signs of high blood pressure or heart rate increases: Severe headache, blurry vision, pounding in your ears or neck,       racing heartbeats, heart palpitations
    -Myocardial infarctionSeizures
    -Vision changes or problems: Tunnel vision, blurry vision, eye swelling or pain, halos around lights
    -Mood or behavior changes: Depression, anxiety, agitation, panic attacks, trouble sleeping, thoughts of harming       yourself
    -Signs of a manic episode: irritable, extremely talkative, racing thoughts, increased energy, extreme happiness,
      risk-taking behaviors that are unusual for you.
    -Liver damage or hepatitis

    -Anaphylactic severe allergic reactions

How should I take Zero Crave Rx?

Zero Crave is an oral medication that you take by mouth. Do not split, crush, or open the capsules to use this medication, swallow the capsule whole. Your dosing schedule may vary depending on your tailored prescription plan from your doctor after your consultation. However, the general dosage for Zero Crave is one capsule in the morning for week 1, one capsule in the morning and one capsule at night for week 2, two capsules in the morning and one capsule at night for week 3, and two capsules in the morning and two capsules at night for week 4.

How often should I use Zero Crave Rx?

Zero Crave is meant to be used as a once or twice-daily oral medication. The dosage of this medication is typically titrated up over the course of a few weeks. Initially, you may only take Zero Crave once in the morning then work up to taking Zero Crave twice daily – in the morning and in the evening. Depending on your dosing schedule and how long you have been taking Zero Crave, your dosage may be one or two capsules per dose. What should I tell my doctor before starting Zero Crave Rx?

Before starting Zero Crave, you should let your doctor know your weight, your BMI, and about any weight-related diseases or problems you are currently experiencing (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes). While you are taking Zero Crave, you should avoid using certain medications and supplements that may interact with this medication.
