He began his academic journey at Texas A&M University, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science, laying a strong foundation for his medical expertise. His passion for health and science led him to pursue a Doctorate from Parker University, further solidifying his expertise in the medical field.

In 1994, Dr. Strader embarked on a pivotal journey, establishing his private multidisciplinary practice. For fourteen years, he dedicated himself to providing exemplary care, until 2008 when he ventured into the technology sector as the CEO and Founder of OrbisOnline, a multinational technology company. His entrepreneurial spirit didn't stop there; Dr. Strader also founded United Allergy Services, serving as its Chairman and driving innovations in allergy immunology.

Dr. Strader's inventive prowess is evident through multiple patents in allergy immunology and pain management medications, showcasing his commitment to advancing medical treatments. His leadership skills were further recognized as he took on the role of CEO at Safe Harbor Clinical Services, RSVP Rx Pharmacies, operating in seven states, and Pharmagenetico, an FDA Licensed drug reseller and repackager.

Currently, Dr. Strader is the Founder and CEO of MyRootCauseRx.com, a pioneering platform offering targeted specialty drug health benefits for large employee populations and corporate membership programs. This venture reflects his ongoing mission to address unmet needs in healthcare, ensuring that innovative and personalized medication solutions are accessible.
